A camera sensor set overlooking the apron area is shown in the following diagram. The cameras are connected to the IntelliDAR™ processing engine, and the track information is fed to an existing MLAT system. 
In this configuration, IntelliDAR™ can track all aircraft in the highlighted area including all non-cooperative targets i.e. humans and vehicles that are not equipped with transponders from the MLAT system. |
